Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is:

United States: 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.
International Orders: +3 - 7 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs clearance.

Shipping Options & Costs

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping with Tracking – $7 USD

Free on orders over $75 USD
Priority Shipping (Skip the Queue) – includes eco packaging & tracking – $25 USD

Shipping options and final costs will be displayed at checkout based on your selection.

International Shipping & Duties

For orders shipped outside the United States:

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, GST, or customs fees.
Vionne is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or carrier issues.
